We want you to truly love your Orla & Fionn purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to guide you through the return process with clarity and care.
Please note: returns are not free, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I Return My Order?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• Products may show normal signs of careful handling only
• Items damaged due to improper use or wear cannot be accepted
• Products with hygiene considerations must be clean and unworn
• Any defects must be reported immediately upon delivery
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Once received, returns are reviewed and processed within 7 working days. If your return meets all conditions, you will receive a confirmation once it has been approved.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Intimates & Hygiene Policy
At Orla & Fionn, we place great importance on hygiene and quality. For this reason, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging has been opened.
We kindly recommend checking sizes, colours, and styles carefully before unsealing your item.
If your order arrives with a defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us straight away we’ll always work to make it right.
Return Your Order
Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@orlafionn.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. However, please be advised that cancellations are possible within 24 HOURS of ordering.

Important Notes:
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product should show no signs of use.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
- All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
